You may have seen details of our Benefits Plus program on our website or social media, and with the vast array of features it may be overwhelming to determine if it is something that you would like to add to your membership.

Besides the great Identity Theft and Restoration Benefits of Ultimate ID, the program offers enough money saving options for members to earn back more than the $5.95 a month cost of the program. We talked to several members of our team to get their stories on what they love the most about the program and what unique parts of Benefits Plus they wanted to share with members.  Some people use the program daily to save, and others check in from time to time but enjoy the peace of mind that Ultimate ID is always working for them in the background. The feedback has been awesome and has us going back in to check on how we can use these tips and information to save even more using Benefits Plus!

Benefits Plus Ultimate ID program has worked both for my husband & me. 

My husband had fraud charges on a personal credit card.  We closed it and BANG, it was reported on his credit report as closed/loss.  It was very fast reporting. 

Also same turnaround time for me reporting it to the 3 Bureau when I closed a couple of cards. I even had a “spark” on the Dark Web, about an old email.

We both like the Score Tracker and monthly emails to update us.

The Benefits Plus travel concierge has been so valuable when planning and booking travel, especially in this uncertain environment. Not only do they have the good as gold cash back promise (they match your price apples to apples or pay you the cash back difference up to $100) but they also give cash back rebates on nearly all types of travel, even airfare! When we booked airline tickets, we got the free $100,000 insurance, a rebate check within weeks of purchasing, and they watched for price changes and kept on top of it, notifying us of lower prices when they came up. They monitored hotel and rental car pricing for us, automatically making changes once we gave approval and saved us hundreds of dollars!

Cash Back, two ways!- Alex

There are two ways to earn cash back through Benefits Plus!  The first way is to shop in their online mall, which they just updated to Rakuten and gives you so many more options for cash back.  You simply create an account through your Benefits Plus log in and you’re good to go to start earning cash back.  The second way to earn cash back is on travel.  I’ve received a check from Benefits Plus for hotel stays, plane tickets and car rentals.  I love knowing that Benefits Plus has my back if there is an issue when book travel through them, and that I’ll get a check in the mail too. 

Scholarship Finder, Discounted Gift Cards and Ultimate ID-Danielle

While I have not used it as frequently as I would have liked I have used a few different aspects of it. One being their discounted gift cards and their holiday bonus buys. It helped me with gifts and getting things for myself. I also used the scholarship finder they have and was able to get a hundred gift card that they offer once if you do not win a scholarship. Finally, I have used it through Ultimate ID. To be able to check my progress with my credit score, to add different credentials that they have already let me know were involved in a websites breach. Overall, I do not use it all the time but I know Ultimate ID is working all the time and that is what matters most.

Triple Dipping on Discounts- Brittney

When I am out and about shopping or dining out, I often check Benefits Plus for two things: coupons and discounted gift cards. When I use my AmeriChoice debit card to purchase a discounted gift card and then use a coupon, I also get CardCash from that purchase. That is a triple discount and can be done quickly and easily on my phone while I am waiting to check out at a store or restaurant.
