Audio Response gets an update
Our Audio Response system is getting an upgrade in an effort to serve our members better!
For members who are familiar with the service, you will notice a new voice on the service and some new menu prompts. There may be a brief interruption of the service overnight in October to install the upgraded system, but after that, the system will be updated and even more user friendly.
For members who might not have easy access to a computer or smart phone, Audio Response is the next best thing. Using Audio Response allows you to get information on your account whenever you need it in a secure way without having to possibly give out sensitive information over the phone. Of course, if you need one of our representatives, they’re just a menu prompt away and happy to help.
Audio response is a great tool to use when you need basic account information quickly. By using Audio Response, you’re able to do the 3 most popular things; get an account balance, transfer funds and make payments in addition to other services. You just have to put in your account number and selected PIN to access your accounts. If for some reason, you still need to talk to a live person, you have that option too.
We will also be releasing a new flow chart for Audio Response on our website for members. The updated flow chart will include what the menus say and the options for those menus.
If you’ve never used Audio Response but would like to, give us a call and select option 1 for Audio Response. You’ll need to put in your member number and some other identifying information, select a new PIN and you’re all set to go.
