Account Alerts – Balance alerts are usually sent once per day. Transaction alerts will be sent for each triggering event. All alerts are sent within an hour of a triggering event.

• High Balance – notifies when the balance goes above the set threshold
• Low Balance – notifies when the balance goes below the set threshold
• Credit transaction – notifies when a credit transaction is received above the set threshold amount
• Debit transaction – notifies when a debit transaction is received above the set threshold amount

User Alerts – may be enabled for any of the following methods: email, SMS/Text, or In App notification
