Your reward level is printed on your monthly and quarterly credit union statements. When your account relationship increases to the next level, you’re entitled to the additional benefits. 2. An activated AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union debit card AND enrollment in CardCash™ are required in order to earn cash back. There is no cost to enroll in CardCash™. After enrollment, qualifying non-PIN debit card purchases are used to determine monthly cash back. Terms & Conditions apply. Visit www.cardcash.us/americhoice for details. 3. Eligible Products:
   IRA, Money Market, Share Certificate, Club Accounts, Consumer Loans, Student Loans, VISA, Vehicle Loans, Home Equity Loans, Home Equity Line Of Credit, First Mortgages, and Health Savings Accounts. (note: Health Savings Account does not qualify toward the checking requirement) Only the first of each eligible product will be applied toward this program’s product count, however all balances will be included in the combined balance total. Business Accounts and loans are not eligible for the Stars and Stripes Reward levels. All eligible products must be active with a balance. May not be combined with any other offer. Must be age 18+ to participate. Program subject to change without notice. The reward level is evaluated at the end of each month and listed on the member’s monthly statement.
4. You will receive a credit of up to $24.20, the equivalent of the cost of a box of Deluxe/AmeriChoice specialty checks. Must be a Stars or Stripes member at the time of the check order. One credit per Deluxe order. Credit will not exceed the cost of the check order

6. Value based upon the annual fee of a 3×5 safe deposit box at $25.00. A Stars Member will receive a credit up to $12.50 toward any size safe deposit box. A Stripes Member will receive a free 3×5 safe deposit box or a credit up to $25.00 toward any size box. Credit will not exceed the cost of the box.
