In order to set up mobile banking, we require an authentication process before allowing access to your account. A one-time pin will be emailed to you in order to confirm your identity before logging on to the mobile banking app for the first time.

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) insures all credit union members up to $250,000. This means if someone did manage to steal money from your account through any means, including digitally, then your losses would be insured. Your funds would be replaced up to $250,000.

If you do lose your phone, change your banking password immediately through online banking and give us a call to notify us of the situation. That way we can actively monitor your account for any suspicious activity.
