New Improved Online Banking Coming Soon!

We are excited to bring you our new and improved AmeriChoice Online Banking! Later this fall, you will experience online banking in a newer and cleaner format with better security features and enhancements. These great enhancements include a higher level of security for your protection and a personal financial management system making it possible to view all of your financial accounts from our online banking portal!

Same Features, Only Better…

You will still have access to the same features you have always loved about online banking including the ability to transfer funds, access your credit card information, view eStatements and the use of electronic bill payment services! Now, these features will be even easier to use! You will be viewing them in a single-window format (with fewer pop-up windows) with a much cleaner look.

Brand New Enhancements:

Security – We know how important it is for your account to be secure and our new online banking system has even better security features for your protection! These include a first time “registration” requirement as well as a series of custom security questions. The first time you log into your online banking, you will be required to register your account. You will need to provide specific security information, such as your account number, so we can authenticate your account. You will then answer a series of security questions specific to you. This will be a one-time process. You can then choose your own security level for future sign-ons. You can even set up one-time pin numbers or challenge questions for high risk transfers.

AmeriChoice FOCUS – FOCUS is a brand new tool that combines a variety of features to track your expenses, budget for spending and set goals to save money for a new car or a house. It is similar to mint.com, or quicken, if you’ve seen them. It’s even a bit of CreditKarma too. These tools are intended to help you set and meet any financial goal you could imagine. And the best part is, as a member of AmeriChoice, these tools are completely FREE!

  1. Why is my online banking changing?

At AmeriChoice, we are always looking for ways to help our members improve their personal financial management. Providing members a top notch, easy to use, new online banking program is our way of helping to put you in control of your finances. With new features like personal money management tools, AmeriChoice is pleased to offer a more secure and well-rounded way to manage your money 24/7 from anywhere in the world!

2. What is changing about it?

Your new online banking will have the same familiar opening screen, but when you enter the site you will see many new and improved features. Overall, the new system will have even better security, a cleaner updated look, easy single screen review of your electronic statements, personal financial management tools, and so much more!

3. How do I access the new online banking system?

Nothing is changing about the beginning of the process; you will still go to americhoice.org to login, using the “Member Login” button in the top right corner. The first time (and only the first time) you login, you’ll need to click the “REGISTER” button and follow that process. The one time registration process will require you to have some specific information, such as your account number. You will then be asked security questions and choose your own questions for future logins.

4. Why are there security questions?

AmeriChoice needs to make sure you really are our member, and the owner of the account you are trying to access. We realize that there are many bad people out there that will take every opportunity to try to make money from other people’s information. Keeping your information secure is our highest priority, we value your trust.

6. Why isn’t the new online banking working with my web browser?

Our Online Banking supports the latest browsers from Mozilla (Firefox), Google (Chrome), Microsoft (Internet Explorer), and the previous version.
