Management Team
The AmeriChoice Management Team is made of Senior Management personal at the credit
union. These individuals oversee the operations, service, and product development
and implementation as well as keeping the credit union financially strong and making
the member's money work for them.

C. Kipp Stecher
President/CEO
C. Kipp Stecher has been employed with AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union since 1979.
In 1990 he was appointed by the Board of Directors to fill the position of President/Chief
Executive Officer. In the past 35 years he has worked at several credit unions and
banks and has spent the last 18 years with AmeriChoice. His previous experience
includes serving as Vice President of Lending for Pennsylvania National Bank, Vice
President of Operations for Hughes Aircraft Federal Credit Union, and Mortgage Originator
for Waterfield Financial Corp.
As President/CEO, Mr. Stecher is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations
of the credit union.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Clemson University and earned
his Credit Union Management degree at the University of Wisconsin.
Mr. Stecher has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the West Shore
Chamber of Commerce and is Chair of the Chamber’s Golf Tournament committee. In
addition to extensive involvement on various committees for the Pennsylvania Credit
Union Association, he gives back to the community by participating in and supporting
the initiatives of multiple non-profit organizations.

Anna May Nauss
Senior Vice President
Anna May Nauss has been employed with AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union since 1985.
Before her promotion, she served as the Vice President and Controller of AmeriChoice.
Previously she worked for 6 years as the Senior Accountant for Holy Spirit Hospital.
As Senior Vice President, Ms. Nauss is responsible for overseeing the day to day
financial operations of the credit union.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting
from Penn State University.
After serving for 12 years as Treasurer of State Grange (Community Service Organization),
Ms. Nauss currently serves as Secretary of Valley Grange and Treasurer of the County
Grange organization. She also serves as a Mentor at Mechanicsburg Middle School,
is on the Parent Advisory committee of the Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School,
is Co-chair on Project Gift Box, an initiative of Operation Wildcat for the Mechanicsburg
School District and is actively involved in PTO.

James A. Glatfelter
Executive Vice President of Lending
James Glatfelter has been employed with AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union since 1981.
He has more than 34 years experience in the financial services industry and has
been serving the credit union segment for 27 years.
As Executive Vice President of Lending, Mr. Glatfelter is responsible for overseeing
and managing the consumer lending, visa, and collection departments.
He is a graduate of the CUNA Management School at the University of Wisconsin, Leadership
Cumberland, and is a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE). He has completed the
Volunteer Achievement Program and has received the Edward A. Filene and Friedrich
W. Raiffeisen awards.
He has served the community by volunteering for the past 7 years for the Capital
Region Big Brothers Big Sisters Association. During that time he served as a big
brother for 5 years, served for 2 years on the West Shore Advisory Board, and currently
serves on an advisory committee for “Bowling For Kids Sake”, a select group chosen
to develop initiatives to raise money for the Harrisburg Region Big Brothers Big
Sisters Program. He has served for 3 years on the Board of Directors and various
committees for the Harrisburg Chapter of Credit Unions. He also coached Little League
baseball for 13 years and coached for the YMCA Youth Basketball program for 7 years.

John Needs
Executive Vice President of Business and Mortgage Lending
John Needs has been employed with AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union since 2003. Mr.
Needs has more than 26 years experience in the financial industry and has been serving
the credit union segment for 6 years. His previous experience includes serving as
Assistant Vice President of Lending for Keystone Financial, Inc.
As Executive Vice President of Business and Mortgage Lending, Mr. Needs is responsible
for directing business lending, mortgage lending, and business development.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Needs is currently involved on various committees of the West Shore Chamber
of Commerce. Previously he served as an Auditor for the Boys & Girls Club and was
an active Rotarian for many years with the Rotary Club of Mechanicsburg.

Thomas Ha
Vice President of Information Technology
Thomas Ha has been employed by AmeriChoice FCU since 1997. Mr. Ha has 23 years experience
in the computer field, working with multiple hardware platforms and software packages
in the midrange, PC and network arenas. His background includes work in the health
care, education, manufacturing and finance industries.
His current role as Vice President of Information Technology for AmeriChoice offers
him a chance to support a wide range of products and services while aiming at the
moving target of information security.
Mr. Ha’s time is also spent supporting multiple non-profit organizations in roles
as varied as retail sales for the National Association of Rocketry’s Technical Services
committee where he has served as Chairman for three years, to providing web and
data services to the Carlisle Area Science Advisory Committee and the Pigeon Hills
Snowmobile Club. He has also volunteered for the American Diabetes Association for
their Tour de Cure bicycle ride for the past nine years and for WITF, Inc. both
as a tour guide for their new building and as a Pledge Supervisor for their support
campaigns for the past twenty three years.

Karl Larson
Vice President of Operations
Karl Larson has been employed with AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union since 2007.
Mr. Larson has more than 18 years experience in the financial services industry.
His previous experience includes serving as Branch Manager, Residential Mortgage
Officer, Head of Consumer Loans, Director of Training, and Regional Branch Manager.
As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Larson is responsible for overseeing the operations
of the five AmeriChoice offices located in South Central Pennsylvania as well as
two college and high school branches. In addition, he directs the e-Services Department,
Operations Administration, and Compliance.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Behavioral Science from
York College of Pennsylvania.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Service
Center (PaCUSC).

Carol Fastrich (Aranos)
Vice President of Marketing
Carol Fastrich has been employed with AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union since 2000.
Ms. Fastrich has more than 14 years of sales and marketing experience and is also
a former business owner.
As Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Fastrich is responsible for overseeing many
areas; most notably the strategic marketing initiatives for the credit union, the
web site, community development, and all communications.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bloomsburg University.
In addition, she is a graduate of CUES Executive Marketing Institute and is currently
enrolled in a Master’s of Business Administration at Eastern University.
She is an active Rotarian, Board Member of the West Shore Foundation, teaches Junior
Achievement and is also dedicated to serving the community in which she lives and
works.

Dallas Zulli
Vice President of Business Lending
Dallas Zulli has been employed with AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union since 2004.
His previous experience includes serving as Business Lending Officer and Assistant
Vice President of Lending for AmeriChoice.
As Vice President of Business Lending, Mr. Zulli is responsible for overseeing the
operations and procedures of the business lending department.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration degree
from Stetson University.
In addition to volunteering for multiple non-profit organizations, he is a member
of the Board of Directors for the East Pennsboro Ambulance Service, a not-for-profit
corporation providing 24 hour coverage for emergency and non-emergency transportation
service to residents of East Pennsboro Township and surrounding communities.
